Brewing guide for 1 serving ( cup 250ml ) -1.Cut and put one or two flower stems in freshly boiled water;2. Leave to steep for about 5 minutes (Always cover your tea when steeping);3. Strain and drink sweetened, preferably with pure honey;4. Enjoy your mountain tea
